SPECIFICATIONS

TYPE:
Vertical, water-cooled, totally enclosed  compression ignition, four stroke cycle diesel engines.
 COMBUSTION :
 Open type combustion chamber in aluminum alloy piston in combination with long stem nozzle, resulting in low fuel consumption and easy starting.
 FUEL SYSTEM :
Fuel is supplied to the fuel pump by gravity feed through the fuel tank an efficient paper element filter.
FUEL TANK CAPACITY :
 10L for SVA1 & 10L for SVA2.

LUBRICATION :
 Moving parts are lubricated partly by force and partly by slash lubricating. By pass filter is provided to clean the lubricating oil
 LUBE OIL SUMP CAPACITY :
 SVA -3.75L SVA2 -7.2L at higher level mark on dipstick.
COOLING :
 Engine cooling can be arranged for run through water supply and radiator or cooling tank. Engine with gear and radiator can be supplied.
GOVERNING :
Class ‘B1’for industrial application.
Class ‘A2’ for genset application.
STARTING:
   The engine are suitable for hand starting   as   well as 12V electric starting.

ROTATION :
 Clockwise looking from flywheel end for hand starting engines. Anticlockwise looking from flywheel end for electric start engines.
DRIVE :
 Standard power take-off is from the flywheel end. Power take-off from gear end at half and full engine speed can be provided, if specially ordered
STANDARD EQUIPMENT :
 Staring handle, exhaust silencer air cleaner, fuel ank and set of tools.
OPTIONAL:
 COUPING love jay  type/tyre type couping with20mm semi bore is available.
SAFTY DEVCES :
 Low Lube oil pressure switch & higher coolant temperature.
