SPECIALIZATION
TYPE:
Single cylinder, vertical compression ignition, four
stroke cycle, air cooled, cold starting, diesel engines.
COMBUTION:
Direct fuel injection in open type combustion chamber in
an aluminium alloy piston in combination with long-stam
nozzle, resulting in low fuel consumption and easy
starting .
CRANKE SHAFT:
Design with integrated balance weights to avoid bolting
: fitted with taper roller bearing for longer life.
CYLINDER HEAD:
It is made from finned
high-grade cast iron making air and exhaust ports
passages for easy flow of air.
CYLINDER LINKER /
BLOCK:
The cylinder block is
made from deep finned, high grade iron casting heavy
wear resistant properties.
FUEL SYSTEM:
High
speed diesel oil is supplied to the fuel pump by
gravity feed through wire mesh filter in fuel tank and
an efficient cloth type element before the pump. |
LUBRICATION SYSTEM:
Force feed lubrication by
the the fuel pump incorpoprating full flow filter to
large-end bearing . Main bearing beings taper roller
type need no separate supply .Other moving parts are
splash lubricated.
COOLING:
By
flywheel mounted radial fan cooling through a stream
cowing.
STARTING:
Designed
for starting by hand cranking using a starting
handle.
ROTATION:
Standard
rotation is clockwise while facing the fly the wheel.
DRIVE:
Standard power to
take-off is from the flywheel end at full speed. In case
of special requirement , power take-off from gear end
the half speed can be provided.
EXHAUST SYSTEM:
A standard type (Paper
pot) silencer ensure adequate silencing.
AIR CLEANER:
A large capacity oil bath
type air cleaner is fitted for efficient filtration.
STANDARD

Air cleaner exhaust
silencer, starting handle, set of tools including
spanners and screwdriver.
